Gluten-free Flour Mix

This mixture gives your food a smooth texture that is identical, or pretty darn close, to food made with wheat flour. You might want to double up the mix and store it in an air tight container for later use.

Ingredients:
  • Brown Rice Flour – 2 cups
  • Potato Starch – 2/3 cup
  • Tapioca Flour – 1/3 cup
Instructions:
  • Measure carefully and mix the flours together thoroughly. Sifting the mixture is advised.
