Any berry Smoothie

Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries all are welcome or just choose one. Great for a quick breakfast smoothie, snack or even dessert treat.

Ingredients:
  • Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries all are welcome or just choose one.  Great for a quick breakfast smoothie, snack or even dessert treat.
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or fresh berries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of milk (any type) or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans* (Toast on a small baking sheet for 3-5 minutes, watch so they don’t burn)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 dates pitted (other dried fruit works too such as apricots, figs) * If you have a nut allergy you can also substitute 1/4 wheat germ or sunflower seeds
Instructions:
  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy.
