Whole Grain Mustard
Absolute mustard perfection. Don’t pass the Grey Poupon, pass the Whole Grain Homemade variety by you!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole brown mustard seeds
1/3 cup water
2 Tbs apple cider or rice vinegar
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a mini blender. Pout into a mason jar. Cover tightly and let stand at room temperature for 6 hours. Transfer to refrigerator to thicken.
